PICKUP / REMOVAL (NO EXCEPTIONS) Pickup is REQUIRED during scheduled times only. • Pickup Dates: Thursday 10/29, Friday 10/30 & Saturday 10/31 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (NOON) • Items must be picked up during these times • Items not picked up will be considered forfeited • Bring your paid invoice, help, and proper vehicle • Don’t have a printer? Stop into the office for a printed receipt We cannot store items or offer alternate pickup times. LOADING INFORMATION • We do NOT assist with hand-loaded items — please bring help • We will load items that are too heavy to be loaded by hand as a courtesy • Buyers MUST bring the correct truck or trailer for the item being picked up • We will not load items onto unsafe, improper, or undersized vehicles or trailers • Buyers are responsible for securing all items for transport • We are not responsible for damage during loading or transport If you do not have the proper truck or trailer, do not bid or make arrangements with a hauler or someone who does before bidding. Haulers are permitted to pick up items on behalf of customers. Please make sure they know who they are picking up for, or contact the office ahead of time to make arrangements.
