Rossi | Model S411220 | .22 LR / .410 Bore | Interchangeable Barrel Combination | Single-Shot Rifle & Shotgun The Rossi S411220 is a versatile, interchangeable-barrel sporting firearm designed to provide both rimfire rifle and shotgun capabilities in a single compact package. Manufactured by Rossi, a Brazilian firearms manufacturer with a history dating to 1889, this combination set reflects the company's longstanding focus on affordable, practical sporting firearms. Rossi developed its interchangeable-barrel single-shot firearms to provide a convenient and economical solution for recreational shooting, small-game hunting, and general outdoor use. Rather than requiring separate firearms, the design allows the user to alternate between different chamberings using a common receiver and stock assembly. This example features two interchangeable barrels, including an 18.5-inch .22 Long Rifle rimfire barrel and a 21⅞-inch .410 bore shotgun barrel chambered for 3-inch shells with a Modified choke. Both barrels utilize the same break-action receiver, providing a straightforward single-shot design. The .22 LR barrel is equipped with fiber-optic sights, providing a bright, easy-to-acquire sight picture, while the .410 shotgun barrel features a traditional bead front sight. These sighting arrangements complement the different purposes of each barrel. The firearm is fitted with an attractive flat dark earth (FDE) synthetic stock and forearm, giving it a distinctive appearance compared with traditional wood-stocked sporting firearms. Its lightweight construction and interchangeable-barrel arrangement make it a practical combination for recreational shooting and small-game hunting. An additional feature of this model is its takedown design, allowing the barrel assembly to separate from the receiver and stock for compact storage and transportation. The included Rossi soft carrying case is designed to accommodate the firearm's components, making it convenient to store and transport the complete set. This example remains in excellent overall condition and includes its original factory paperwork.
