Ruger | American Ranch | .450 Bushmaster | Bolt-Action Rifle | 16⅛" Barrel The Ruger American Ranch is a compact, bolt-action sporting rifle chambered in the powerful .450 Bushmaster cartridge. Built on Ruger's established American Rifle platform, the Ranch combines a short barrel, lightweight synthetic stock, and practical features suited to hunting and sporting applications. The .450 Bushmaster is a straight-walled centerfire cartridge introduced in 2007 and particularly popular among deer hunters in states permitting straight-walled rifle cartridges. This example features a 16⅛" barrel, matte black metalwork, and a synthetic stock. The compact Ranch configuration provides convenient handling while retaining the strength and functionality of a traditional bolt-action rifle. The Ruger American series incorporates a three-lug bolt with a 70-degree bolt throw, an adjustable Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger, and Ruger's Power Bedding system, which uses integral bedding blocks to secure the action within the stock. Additional features include a cold hammer-forged barrel, threaded muzzle, detachable magazine system, and receiver provisions for mounting an optical sight. According to Ruger factory records, this rifle was shipped from Ruger in 2019. The rifle is accompanied by its original Ruger factory box and paperwork. Firearm Specs Manufacturer: Sturm, Ruger & Co.
