Introduced in 2019 by Sturm, Ruger & Co., the Wrangler was developed as an affordable alternative to the company's longstanding Single-Six series, offering the classic appearance and handling characteristics of a traditional cowboy-style revolver. Inspired by the iconic single-action revolvers of the American frontier, the Wrangler features a six-shot cylinder, exposed hammer, traditional loading gate, and fixed sights. Its familiar design makes it popular among recreational shooters, rimfire enthusiasts, and collectors of Western-style firearms. This example features a distinctive Silver Cerakote finish paired with black checkered synthetic grips, creating an attractive two-tone appearance.
