All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Known issues are disclosed when known; however, buyers are responsible for inspecting items and determining their condition. PICKUP / REMOVAL – NO EXCEPTIONS Thursday, December 17 • Friday, December 18 • Saturday, December 19 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (NOON) ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP DURING THESE SCHEDULED TIMES. No alternate pickup dates or times are available. We cannot store purchases. Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup period will be considered forfeited. All invoices must be paid in full before items can be removed. Bring your ID, appropriate vehicle or trailer, and any necessary loading help. A PRINTED PAID RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR GATE ENTRY AND LOADING. You have two options: Already paid and have a printed receipt? Proceed directly to the guard shack. Need to pay or print your receipt? Stop inside the auction office. Our express window is available for customers who only need a printed paid receipt. Digital receipts on phones are not accepted at the gate. LOCATING YOUR PURCHASES YOUR ITEM LOCATIONS ARE PRINTED ON YOUR RECEIPT! Each purchased item has a location code printed immediately before the item title on your receipt. Use these codes to find your items in the auction yard. Examples of location codes: D1 – Hand-load area D1R – Under the red flag D1G – Under the green flag E1 – Near the driveway ALL ROWS ARE MARKED WITH YELLOW LOCATION SIGNS to make locating your purchases easier. Please review your receipt and the location codes before entering the yard. Items may be located in different sections, so be sure to check the location listed for each purchase. LOADING INFORMATION – PLEASE READ Buyers are responsible for bringing the proper equipment, vehicles, and assistance to remove their purchases. WE DO NOT HAND-LOAD ITEMS. Bring your own help for anything that can be loaded by hand. As a courtesy, our loader may assist with items too heavy to reasonably load by hand. Loader assistance is not guaranteed for items that are not suitable for mechanical loading. Buyers MUST bring the correct size and type of truck or trailer. We will NOT load items onto unsafe, improper, or undersized vehicles or trailers. Buyers are responsible for properly securing all purchases for transportation. Edinburg Auction is not responsible for damage during loading or transportation. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER TRUCK, TRAILER, OR HELP, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS BEFORE BIDDING. Third-party haulers are welcome. Please make sure your hauler knows the buyer's name, has the necessary pickup information, and has a printed paid receipt. Contact our office ahead of time if pickup arrangements need to be coordinated. AUCTION CLOSING / SOFT CLOSE TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15 – STARTING AT 6:30 PM This is an online auction with a SOFT CLOSE. Lots begin closing at 6:30 PM. Lots close individually, not all at once. Standard equipment lots are scheduled to close approximately every 15 seconds. Miscellaneous lots may close faster, approximately every 8 seconds. A bid placed within the final 60 seconds of a lot's countdown resets that lot's timer to 45 seconds. Active bidding can extend an individual lot's closing time. Lots farther down the catalog may close before earlier lots if bidding continues on those earlier lots. WATCH YOUR COUNTDOWN TIMERS! Bidding on one item does not stop other items from closing. CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17 AT NOON if payment has not been received and prior arrangements have not been made. All invoices must be paid in full before pickup. A printed paid receipt is required to enter the pickup area. SALES TAX / TAX EXEMPTION Ohio sales tax: 7%, unless a valid exemption applies. Sales tax will be charged unless a completed, valid tax exemption form is on file. Tax exemption forms must be completed ONLINE before the auction.
